Radio Frequency Microwave cables play an important role in enabling wide scale availability of advanced voice and data communications services across the world. The company has been offering a range of RF Microwave cable products to its customers for the past 10 years. Some of them are: RF Test Cable Assemblies, High Performance Flexible RF Microwave Cable Assemblies, Flexible low loss RF Microwave Cable Assemblies, Conformable RF Microwave Cable Assemblies and Semi-Rigid RF Microwave Cable Assemblies. The new facility of ESM Cable Corporation is equipped with engineering, manufacturing, testing, and phase-matching capabilities, and is going to be AS9100 revision C certified in near future.

Prior to this, the company had introduced its RF Test-Lab Cable product line named as the “EW Product Line.” The product range features a flexible, low-loss, test cable for general test-lab purposes. ESM Cable Corporation deploys micro-porous Teflon for manufacturing all the EW assemblies to ensure lower loss and increased phase stability, featuring Vp ranging from 80-85 percent for applications up to 50GHz. Low to Medium volume quantities have been made available for immediate purchase using Precision SMA (News – Alert), 2.4mm, 2.9mm, 3.5mm, N-type and TNC connector options.

With an aim to evolve its brand identity within the high-performance RF Microwave cable marketplace, ESM Cable Corporation also updated its brand mark and logo earlier. Portfolio of the company has been featured under High Speed Interconnects, a holding company that emphasizes upon interconnect technology companies with extraordinary efforts and achievements.

In December 2011, Tektronix (News – Alert), Inc. launched new compact RF and microwave power sensors/meters called PSM3000, PSM4000, and PSM5000 belonging to RF Power Meter Series. The newly introduced set is built to offer extensive power measurements from basic average power to pulse profiling and can be used for a broad range of CW and pulse modulation measurements depending on the model selected.
