Pennsylvania Continues to Receive Network Enhancements from Frontier Communications

Frontier Communications recently announced that in 2011, its network enhancements and capital investments in Pennsylvania came up to $26.5 million. The company is a major communications firm, focusing on serving small and medium-sized towns and cities in the United States.

The new DWDM networks let Frontier provide more Metro Ethernet services, addressing heavy bandwidth requirements of its mid-size and large business customers.  Metro Ethernet from Frontier delivers applications at speeds that are 600 times faster than most ADSL and cable connections.
